The network provider attempts to determine how long the machine has been up to help prevent race conditions directly after a reboot. It is looking for the system up time. I wouldn't expect this to be a fatal error. It would help to know where the failure happened (what windows API failed) and what the windows error code was. We do look for specific status codes to ignore, apparently this is not one. If you could help us by grabbing some debug logging that would help.

Go to:

Windows Control Panel/System/Advanced/Environment Variables/System Variables

add DEBUG_NPNOTES with a value of 1.

Reboot and log in. Look for:

npnotes.log - this file is placed in the temp directory as set in the system environment (defined in the following order %TMP%, %TEMP% or %WINDIR%)

attach that file. It is important to note that these are system settings not user settings (and not Notes settings).
